ALIGNMENT AUDIT
A strategic checkpoint to ensure developments deliver the lifestyle they promise by addressing the gap between design intent and real-life use. The outcome protects reputation, strengthens client satisfaction and supports long-term value.
The audit reviews proposed layouts and specifications against real-life use, flagging choices that risk dissatisfaction and confirming whether the lived experience matches the lifestyle being sold. I assess plans through the lens of daily behaviour, identify risks created by value engineering, labour or material challenges, and provide clear direction that protects quality and strengthens usability.
My role is to support internal teams by balancing commercial, design and client priorities without redesigning schemes or replacing the work of architects or designers.
